How to raise a complaint or concern

We hope you have found the service you’ve received satisfactory. However, if you do have an issue, please do discuss this with the clinical team treating you in the first instance.

If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please contact our central management team by email to therapeuticapheresisservices@nhsbt.nhs.uk

If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved by NHS Blood and Transplant and would like this to be formally responded to, please contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman by calling their customer helpline on 0345 015 4033.
