About our new Barnsley centre
Our new centre in Barnsley will be one of the most advanced of its kind in the world – and a great place to work.
The new centre, just off the M1, will enable us to distribute blood products and deliver world class laboratory services as well as offer the opportunity to create new advanced cell therapies, supporting NHS patients across the north of England.
There will be parking for colleagues, an on-site restaurant, indoor and outdoor seating areas, brand new training facilities plus a fresh, modern working environment when work is completed in summer 2020.
Colleagues working on site will include Healthcare Science and Support, Transport and Facilities, Administration and Technology and Digital.
