Frozen washed irradiated cortical strut
Donated from deceased tissue donors. The bone is processed to remove soft tissue and washed to deplete cell and marrow content. It is then packed individually by length and sterilized with gamma irradiation.
Freeze dried washed irradiated cancellous chips
Donated from deceased tissue donors. The bone is processed to remove soft tissue, cortical bone is removed and the remaining cancellous bone is cut into 6x6x30mm chips.
The chips are washed to deplete cell and marrow content, freeze dried and packaged into packs of five individual grafts. They are then sterilized with gamma irradiation.
Freeze dried washed irradiated cancellous cubes
Donated from deceased tissue donors. The bone is processed to remove soft tissue, cortical bone is removed and the remaining cancellous bone is cut into 10x10x10mm cubes.
The cubes are washed to deplete cell and marrow content, freeze dried and packaged into packs of five individual grafts. They are then sterilized with gamma irradiation.
Freeze dried washed irradiated tricortical wedge
Donated from deceased tissue donors. The bone is processed to remove soft tissue, and cut into 30x15mm wedges.
The wedges are washed to deplete cell and marrow content, freeze dried and packaged iindividually. They are then sterilized with gamma irradiation.
