Our onboarding process

Once you have contacted us, our onboarding process will begin. Here's what you can expect at each stage.

1. Contact and information gathering

Upon receiving your enquiry, our Business Development team will arrange an initial call to discuss your request.

Following this, a confidentiality agreement (CDA) will be put in place, coordinated through our contracts team. Once this is done, we will provide a questionnaire for you to complete.

Any other supporting information you can provide at this stage will be helpful for the onboarding process. For example:

standard operating procedures (SOP)
risk assessments (RA)
request for proposals (RFPs)

2. Internal review and proposal development

3. Proposal presentation and finalisation

4. Contractual agreements
