Non-clinical issue
The Non-Clinical Issue (NCI) Team support NHSBT's core mission to "save and improve lives" by working with approved partners (including internal customers) to develop treatments, diagnosis and quality control processes that will benefit patients and other stakeholders now and in the future.
NCI's strategic aim is to maximise our donors' gift by enabling NHSBT to be the UK's preferred supplier of appropriately consented donated human material for use in approved:

- External Quality Assurance (EQA), Service Development
