tissues, stem cells or organs.
The Plan sets out our longer term ambition to further improve the blood service for both donors and patients and to develop a new strategy for organ donation beyond 2013. It builds on our achievements over the past few years in driving up quality and driving down costs and in establishing the infrastructure necessary to deliver more organs for transplantation across the UK.
Our ambition is simple. We want to be demonstrably the best service of our type in the world. We want to be seen as a supplier of choice by our customers, respected globally for our expertise and recognised as a great place to work.
