A study aimed at improving transplant opportunities for patients who are sensitised.
Study hypothesis
Treatment with a combination of B cell depletion and proteasome inhibition, together with antibody removal and steroids, will durably reduce calculated reaction frequency and facilitate renal transplantation in highly sensitised patients.
Study design
Three centre pilot study to inform a Phase 3, multicentre, open label trial.
