Our BTS team is made up of highly qualified and experienced professionals who work to deliver meaningful change through a strategic transformation programme. This programme covers the length and breadth of our organisation - from the supply chain, through to Organ Donation and Transplantation and Information Communication Technology (ICT).

To do this, we require new skills and capabilities in areas such as Agile delivery, supply chain management and business process re-engineering. By extending our team and its expertise we will ensure that we build upon previous successes and continue to meet the standards expected within NHSBT and our wider audience.
