Single Equality Scheme 2011-2015
We are pleased to present
The Single Equality Scheme and action plan. This scheme continues to
demonstrate our commitment to ensure that equality in employment
and the services we provide is integral to the work that we do
on a day to day basis.
This document brings together and strengthens the work we have
done on equality over the last three years. In developing the
scheme, NHSBT has involved a wide range of people. It has
welcomed the views of our staff, donors, patients and customers
on our key business priorities for equality and diversity,
including community engagement, employment and service delivery.
